1. What information does PGL collect from you?
In order to better provide you with our products and services, our Site collects two types of information about its visitors: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information. Our primary goal in collecting information from you is to provide you with a smooth, efficient and customized experience while using our Site.
Personally Identifiable Information: This refers to information that lets us know the specifics of who you are. This information might include your name, company, and title, mailing address, telephone number; email address and other identification and contact information. We may gather any Personally Identifiable Information that you voluntarily disclose to us, for instance, when you register to receive Email Alerts, or to ask us questions or to provide us feedback by filling out one of our online contact information forms.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information: This refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. We gather certain information about you based upon what pages of our Site you visit in several ways. This information is compiled and analyzed on both a personal and an aggregated basis. This information may include the Web site’s Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) that you just came from, which URL you next go to, what browser you are using, and your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address.
2. Where do we collect information from you and how do we use it?
Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide our visitors with a superior online experience. We may perform statistical analyses of aggregated visitor behavior. This allows us to measure relative visitor interest in the various areas of our Site for content development purposes. Any information we collect is used for our own internal purposes to improve the content of our Site, to enhance visitors’ experiences when visiting our Site, to customize the content and/or layout of our pages, and to provide the services required by an individual visitor.
We gather information in the following ways: Email Alerts: You can register with us to receive email alerts, regarding PGL. In order to register for email alerts you must submit your email address to email@example.com so that we can send you these periodic updates regarding PGL.
Contact Us: You may contact us through our Contact Us section in order to request information about services, or other related information. You may also submit comments, questions or feedback to us through our Contact Us section. In order to contact us through our Contact Us sections we ask for certain contact information from you, including your name, company, title, mailing address, telephone number, and email address. We gather this information, and any comments or feedback that you submit along with it in order to contact you and so that we may understand our visitors’ interests and to address questions about our services and product and our site.
Contact Information and Third Party Data: If you contact us by telephone, email or letter, or through our Contact Us form, whether to obtain information about our service or for any other reason, we may keep a record of your correspondence or comments.
If other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities on our Site, we may keep the information in a file specific to you. This information will not be turned over by PGL to any third parties unless we (i) determine it is reasonably necessary to enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms and Conditions”) or (ii) to protect the rights, property and safety of our users, others and ourselves, or (iii) is required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to do so.
IP Addresses: We collect IP addresses for the purposes of system administration, to gather broad demographic information to monitor the level of activity on our Site. We collect information from visitors to our Site regarding the referring URL, your IP address, which browser you used to come to the Site, the country, state and telephone area code where your server is located, the pages of our Site that you viewed during your visit and any search terms entered on our Site. We use your IP address to diagnose problems with our servers and software and to administer our Site.
Visitor Traffic: We also track visitors’ traffic patterns throughout their online sessions, including which pages a visitor views while using our Site. This information is ultimately stored in the form of store categories, and, in some cases, specific URLs.
3. Who is collecting your information?
Links to Third Party Sites: Please be aware that our Site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. The information practices of those Web sites linking from or to our Site are not covered by this Policy. These other sites may send their cookies to visitors, collect data or solicit personal information. We cannot control this collection of information.
4. With whom do we share your information?
The information collected by our Site is used to provide our visitor services, for statistical purposes to improve our Site, or to let us know what portions of our Site our visitors are interested in. However, we may release Personally Identifiable Information when we believe that such release is reasonably necessary to enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions or to protect the rights, property and safety of our visitors, others and ourselves.
Other Parties: We do not sell, trade, or rent your Personally Identifiable Information to others. We may provide Non-Personally Identifiable Information about our visitors’ traffic patterns and related Site information to third parties, but these statistics do not include any Personally Identifiable Information.
Compliance with Service of Process or Law Enforcement: We may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide Personally Identifiable Information (as well as Non-Personally Identifiable Information), if we possess any, to the appropriate governmental authorities. We will disclose such information, if we possess any, upon receipt of a court order or subpoena or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.

We employ industry-recognized information technology to protect the security of the Personally Identifiable Information you voluntarily submit to us. The importance of security for all Personally Identifiable Information associated with our visitors is of utmost concern to us. We use secure servers which protect this information using password protection and advanced encryption, and we may use firewall technology for additional protection. However, no method of data transmission is 100% secure. Therefore, PGL does not guarantee your privacy or confidentiality of personal information during user submissions.
We also encourage our partners and service providers to adopt and follow stringent consumer privacy policies. However, we are not liable directly or indirectly, for any loss or damages arising from their failure to do so.
